You should make it a habit to change your FTP User Password at regular intervals. Follow this process to modify the password for an existing FTP User:

1. Login to your Control Panel, Search for the domain name for which you have purchased this Hosting Order and go to the Order Information view. 1

2. Click the Manage Web Hosting link.

3. In the Menu, point to Manage Website -> FTP User Manger and then click List FTP Users. This would give a list of all FTP Users associated with your Web Hosting package.

4. In the User list view that follows, click the User whose Password you wish to change.

5. Enter the new Password in the Password and Confirm password slots, and click the Submit button.
